Welcome to our practice.

We offer practical and compassionate psychotherapy for young adults and adults.

Our Psychotherapy Practice

Looking for a therapist to help with anxiety, stress, worry, and other emotional distress. Our practice provides compassionate psychotherapy with skilled therapists. We work with young adults and adults in our Washington, DC office. Virtual and in-person appointments are available.
We all experience stress, worry, and other emotional distress at some point in our lives. Maybe it’s a loss, or a trauma; anxiety or depression. Maybe you are struggling with your identity or a relationship, or a life transition. Most of the time, we are able to bounce back on our own. But sometimes it feels like no matter what you try, nothing is really helping you feel different.  You might need some outside help. And in challenging times like these – we can all use extra support.

At our practice, you will receive thoughtful, personalized care where you will learn to handle challenges more effectively, and strengthen your ability to cope with everyday stressors.

We encourage you to reach out to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation.  You can tell us a little bit about what you would like to work on and we can determine which clinician is likely to be the best fit.

Finding A Good Fit For You

It may seem obvious, but having the right therapist is critical to successful therapy and personal growth.  Treatment style, personal chemistry and your individual goals all play a role in making a good patient-therapist match. There is no one universal type of therapy or counseling that works best for all people. Some clients prefer a therapist skilled in a particular technique or have a particular expertise, while others seek a supportive clinician who will help them using a range of approaches.

At our practice you can expect sessions to be tailored to your presenting issues and goals. We work collaboratively with each client to determine what they would like from therapy and how our work together can help. We have carefully selected clinicians with varied areas of expertise who are able to support individuals with various kinds of mental health issues and life challenges. Therefore, we will be able to match you with someone who is experienced in helping with the issues for which you are grappling.

Our team of clinicians works with

older adolescents, college and graduate students, young professionals and adults.
