Psychotherapy Services

Psychotherapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself. It can help you make sense of emotional struggles, relationship patterns, life transitions, and longstanding ways of coping that may no longer be serving you. Therapy is not only about reducing symptoms. It is about building insight, strengthening resilience, and creating meaningful change in the way you relate to yourself and others.

Prior to your first meeting, one of our clinicians will be happy to have a 10-15 minute consultation with you to answer basic questions. You can tell the clinician more about why you sought therapy and the different issues you would like to address.  The therapist will share with you a little bit about how they do therapy and you can decide together if it seems like a good fit.
